The Juice Fasting Program 2 Weeks

The Juice Fasting Program at Sedona Wellness Retreat is centered around fresh organic juices, rest, nutrition education, and an individualized wellness experience in Sedona, Arizona. Guests have the opportunity to step away from their normal routines and focus on their well-being in a peaceful residential setting with personalized guidance and support.
Fresh organic juices are prepared throughout the day using a Norwalk Juicer and may include carrot, carrot-apple, green, and seasonal citrus juices. The juice-focused program provides an opportunity to learn more about organic juicing while experiencing a structured daily environment designed around nourishment, relaxation, education, and recovery.
Guests receive an initial wellness assessment and consultation to help establish their individualized program, followed by ongoing monitoring, follow-ups, and support from naturopathic doctors and medical support staff. Standard laboratory tests may be ordered and reviewed when appropriate. An exit interview and one follow-up consultation after departure are also included.
Education is an important part of the experience. Guests can participate in demonstrations covering fresh juice preparation, soups and meals, sauces, cleansing practices, and ways to continue dietary practices after returning home. The goal is to provide practical knowledge that can be carried beyond the retreat.
Time is also available for meditation, relaxation, yoga, daily self-guided art therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and fitness-center access. The retreat’s small setting allows guests to focus on rest and reflection without the atmosphere of a large hotel, spa, or resort.
Accommodation includes a private Standard Bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, along with daily housekeeping, fresh bedding and towels, selected toiletries, and a hair dryer. The overall experience combines organic juicing, wellness education, individualized support, and the opportunity to slow down in Sedona’s peaceful surroundings.
